Baysan Boya ve Tekstil Sanayi A.S. established at 1980 as dying factory for sizing and finishing textile products. It always has invested for improving Know-How and Technical ability to present the higher customer satisfaction and best productivity. Consequently, Baysan become corporation in the middle of 1987 with outstanding works of our team members and staff who are our first asset and basis of our contribution.

 

Our factory has been build-up 18.000 sqm closed production unit, and wastewater-refining unit totally owned 52.000 sqm in Sakarya. According to best requirement of effectively using resources and energy, our production unit has been placed and installed very professionally. Our production capacity is 20.000 Kgs/day and 7.300.000 Kgs/year.

 

Currently, our high qualified production  capacity has been allocated as 90% for export and 10% for domestic market in sizing and finishing of embroidery, cotton, Poly-cotton, polyester, viscose, poly-viscose polyamide, modal, and other types of knitted fabrics. We are professional for “Garment Dying” too. In all phases of production level, we follow and apply the international standards

 

According to European Union and Textile Standards, all of our products are easily been approved by OEKO-Tex. Standards. This is the strongest proof of our success for  our productivity and manufacturing art.
